Associate Director, HEOR Analytics

Role: Associate Director, HEOR Analytics at Axsome Therapeutics, leading real-world evidence (RWE) analyses to support health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), Medical Affairs, and market access strategies. Responsibilities: design and execute observational studies using large healthcare datasets (claims, EHR/EMR), develop analytical strategies, ensure methodological rigor, lead programming in SAS/R/Python/SQL, and oversee vendor partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate evidence supporting payer engagement, scientific publications, and value dossiers; present findings internally and externally. Requirements: PhD or Master's in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, with 5+ years’ experience in RWE analyses, proficiency in statistical methods (regression, survival analysis, causal inference), and hands-on expertise with large healthcare databases.
