Associate Director, HEOR

Role: Associate Director, HEOR to develop and execute strategies supporting Alkermes' psychiatry portfolio, notably ARISTADA for schizophrenia. Responsibilities include leading evidence generation (real-world data, health economic models), developing payer value communications, scientific publications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access). Manage external vendors, oversee research projects from concept to publication, and represent the company at scientific forums. Requirements: PhD or Master’s in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related field; 5+ years in HEOR, RWE, or similar within pharma, biotech, or academia. Preferred: experience with healthcare databases, project management, scientific communication, and cross-functional collaboration; neuroscience/CNS experience is a plus.
