Associate Director, Hematology Thought Leader Liaison (Midwest)

- Travel: 60%โ80% within the territory
Role Responsibilities
- Engage in meaningful, strategic discussions to gather insights and share clinical information with key thought leaders in the geography
- Conduct substantive business discussions on on-label product information, disease state, and corporate overviews
- Use a customer-centric, needs-based approach to drive thought leader engagements
- Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at local/regional/national conferences and during day-to-day business
- Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography
- Assist with thought leader development
- Support speaker bureau program placement and execution (identify potential speakers, manage logistics for trainings, provide feedback to improve presentation effectiveness)
- Share thought leader insights with Marketing and other functional groups
- Support regional/national advisory board planning (recommend participants and liaise for participation)
- Ensure all interactions follow company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree required; Masterโs degree or advanced education/certification a plus
- Minimum 10 yearsโ work experience in 2+ of: Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, inline/regional brand marketing, relevant medical/clinical experience; hematology/oncology market experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated pharmaceutical marketing strategy expertise
- Experience with physician-administered biologics preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Team player with in-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
