Associate Director, Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaison (Southeast)

Regional field-based Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaison (HEOL) β remote covering the Southeastern United States (MO, LA, AR, PR, GA, FL, AL, MS). Domestic travel >50%.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute payer engagement strategy; maintain strategic engagement plans with key payor accounts.
- Communicate clinical, humanistic, RWE, and health economic (HCEI) data to Population Health Decision Makers (PHDMs).
- Coordinate with National HEOLs to align national/regional strategy and tactics.
- Identify key accounts and RWE experts; liaise opportunities and CORE studies to internal leads.
- Collaborate with US Market Access to deliver compliant pre-approval exchange (PIE), HCEI, RWE, and clinical materials.
- Provide education and present fair, balanced economic/clinical information in response to requests.
- Build relationships with PHDMs; provide feedback to CORE/Medical Strategy using emerging economic/clinical and real-world data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CORE, US Medical Affairs, Field Medical Affairs, Market Access); represent Genmab at select conferences.
Qualifications:
- Advanced/scientific medical degree strongly preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, MS).
- 5+ years field HEOR or Value Liaison experience with US payers/population health decision-makers (required).
- Hematology/oncology experience; lymphoma/leukemia/thoracic/gynecologic oncology a plus.
- Strong US payer/market access knowledge; buy-and-bill operational support.
- Expert HEOR technical knowledge (RWE, analytics, economic modeling).
- Strong compliance knowledge and working knowledge of FDAMA 114, 21st Century Cures Act, HIPAA.
- Proficient MS Office; Veeva PromoMats; ability to adapt to business applications.
