Associate Director, Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaison (Southeast)

Regional Field-Based Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaison (HEOL) β Remote (Southeastern United States)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate clinical, humanistic, RWE, and HCEI data to support Genmab products throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strategic engagement plans with key payor accounts in assigned geographies.
- Coordinate with National HEOLs to align strategy/tactics from National to Regional accounts.
- Identify key accounts and RWE experts aligned with CORE priorities; liaise opportunities and CORE studies.
- Understand and leverage regional access landscape (payer policies/pathways).
- Execute payer/customer engagement in collaboration with US Market Access for compliant PIE, HCEI, RWE, and clinical materials.
- Provide education and present fair, balanced economic/clinical information to Population Health Decision Makers (PHDMs).
- Lead medical and HCEI support to operationalize therapies across health systems; provide insights/feedback to CORE and Medical Strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (CORE, US Medical Affairs, Field Medical Affairs, Market Access) and represent Genmab at select conferences.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Strongly preferred: Advanced/scientific medical degree (PharmD/PhD/MD/MPH/MS).
- Required: 5+ years field HEOR or Value Liaison experience communicating evidence to US payers/PHDMs.
- Required: Strong US healthcare/payer/market access knowledge; advanced HEOR (RWE, analytics, economic modeling); operational support for buy-and-bill products.
- Preferred: Hematology/oncology experience (lymphoma, leukemia, thoracic, gynecologic oncology); product launch experience.
- Must have strong compliance knowledge and working knowledge of FDAMA 114, 21st Century Cures Act, HIPAA.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Veeva PromoMats.
Logistics:
- Domestic travel >50%. Must live in assigned geography: MO, LA, AR, PR, GA, FL, AL, MS.
