Role: Associate Director of HEOR specializing in solid tumor therapeutics, responsible for developing and executing health economics and outcomes research strategies across the product lifecycle to support clinical development, regulatory, and market access activities. Responsibilities include designing and conducting HEOR and real-world evidence (RWE) studies, identifying evidence gaps, leveraging RWD analytics, supporting regulatory-grade RWE studies, and developing patient-centered outcome measures and dossiers for regulatory and payer submissions. The role involves close collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and other teams to demonstrate product value and optimize patient access. Requirements: Advanced degree (Ph.D., MS, MD, PharmD, B.Pharm + Masterβs) in HEOR or related field, with 4+ years (PhD) or 6+ years (MS) of experience in HEOR, preferably within life sciences or healthcare consulting. Strong expertise in HEOR study design, modeling, and understanding of regulatory (FDA, EMA) and HTA considerations. Experience in oncology is preferred.
