Associate Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)

Role: Lead payer evidence strategies and patient-relevant outcomes research for rare disease assets, supporting market access and HTA submissions. Responsibilities: develop and execute evidence generation plans aligned with brand and access priorities; collaborate with Value & Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and external stakeholders; support clinical trial endpoint planning; assess payer evidence gaps; manage external partner collaborations; support scientific interactions with HTA agencies, regulatory bodies, and patient organizations; analyze clinical outcomes data; shape communication strategies for scientific dissemination; evaluate business development opportunities. Requirements: 7+ years pharma experience, including 4+ years in HEOR and 2+ years in outcomes research; advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related field; deep understanding of market access, HTA, and PRO development; experience supporting regulatory and HTA submissions; strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
