Purpose
As a strategic marketing leader, you will shape how HCPs experience and connect with the brand across the full journey—from insight to engagement to action. You will lead U.S. development of HCP value propositions, positioning, and creative strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
- Listen to sales insights and lead development of the Integrated Sales Aid (ISA).
- Create and execute a new campaign launch in the first six months.
- Lead consumer journey strategy to create more relevant, seamless, impactful brand experiences.
- Develop value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and creative platforms to strengthen brand relevance.
- Partner with business leaders to build and execute integrated marketing plans delivering patient, market, and financial results.
- Drive annual and long-range business planning aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Translate consumer, market, clinical, and financial insights into executable strategies.
- Build partnerships with agencies, vendors, and external collaborators.
- Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally (Commercial, Medical, Finance, Customer Engagement, Market Access, Analytics, Sales).
- Own and monitor product P&L; prioritize investments and maximize return.
- Accelerate brand growth (penetration, share, awareness, engagement).
- Lead next-generation products/experiences informed by unmet needs and patient journey.
- Direct complex marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Simplify complex ideas into clear action.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Marketing experience with increasing responsibility and strong capability across core marketing disciplines.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies delivering measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, segmentation, positioning, brand strategy, and integrated marketing.
- Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, P&L management).
- Experience leading teams/agencies and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking with practical, action-oriented execution.

Preferred
- Cross-franchise, cross-channel, or portfolio marketing experience.
- Experience developing consumer-focused products/services/end-to-end customer experiences.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices).
