Role: Senior Compensation Partner for Global Support Functions (GSFs), serving as the primary rewards advisor to HR and business leaders in areas such as software engineering, data science, legal, and finance. Responsibilities: advise on pay strategies, job architecture, market benchmarking, incentive design, and reward solutions; interpret compensation policies; lead market intelligence and pay structure recommendations; support organizational changes, talent acquisitions, and critical-skill hires; leverage AI tools for data analysis; collaborate with global HR and benefits teams. Qualifications: bachelorβs degree (or in progress), 8+ years in progressive compensation roles with expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, pay structures, and global compensation practices; experience advising senior leaders; strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in MS Office, HR systems (e.g., Workday), and AI-enabled tools; excellent communication skills. Preferred: CCP credential, experience with digital/tech talent markets, and familiarity with GxP or regulatory aspects.
