Position Summary
The Associate Director โ€“ Global Quality Management Review Lead will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of management review frameworks and performance health systems across Lillyโ€™s Global Quality organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and operationalize a three-tiered management review process (site, regional, global) aligned with corporate quality objectives.
- Integrate quality metrics across tiers for consistent visibility and decision-making.
- Define and maintain leading indicators and metrics aligned with strategic quality objectives.
- Design and deliver standardized templates and dashboards for performance metrics, KPIs, trends, and strategic messages.
- Develop and maintain governance mechanisms to confirm adherence to review processes.
- Monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of review cadence and content.
- Facilitate periodic health assessments and reviews with senior leadership.
- Aggregate and synthesize global quality data into actionable insights; ensure data integrity and relevance.
- Translate complex data into concise messages for executive, regional, and site audiences; align with global quality strategy and regulatory expectations.
- Serve as liaison between Global Quality and business units (e.g., regulatory affairs, manufacturing, IT) to ensure metric relevance and adoption.
- Partner with Data, Analytics & AI teams to develop intelligent quality data products.
- Leverage tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, and AWS/Azure to enhance reporting; drive automation and digital transformation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive global CAPAs and track/report progress of global initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality systems, operations, or governance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization/visas.

Preferred Attributes
- Masterโ€™s Degree preferred.
- Proven experience designing and leading global management review processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization and quality analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP) and cloud tools (AWS, Azure).
- Strategic thinker with passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving global initiatives.
