Position Summary
- Drive execution of the Global Medical plan for mavacamten in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), with primary focus on enabling US medical execution. Provide scientific and clinical leadership across global deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global priorities into clear US deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional ways of working.
- Partner with Medical Market Leads to enable US execution via global toolkits, scientific resources, and implementation support.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment (Medical Communications, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, Market Access) to ensure on-time, compliant medical deliverables.
- Serve as HCM subject matter expert; monitor external landscape and update global materials for US needs.
- Own execution workstreams ensuring medical accuracy and usability for Global and US deployment.
- Support publications/content, medical review of abstracts/manuscripts/congress materials, and global/US congress planning.
- Coordinate Thought Leader Engagement Strategy (e.g., Advisory Boards) with governance and transparency.
- Support medical training messaging consistency; ensure compliance with medical governance standards.
Qualifications & Experience (Required/Preferred)
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, PA/NP).
- 5+ years in Medical Affairs (increasing responsibility).
- Global medical role supporting US execution (preferred).
- Cardiovascular expertise (required); HCM/rare disease (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits (Explicit)
- Princeton, NJ: $166,350β$201,571; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
