The Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead (GMAL) contributes to Global Medical Affairs (GMA) strategy and tactics to support Sarepta’s gene therapy for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Reports to the Global Medical Affairs Lead for DMD Gene Therapy.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development and execution of GMA strategy for product launch and life-cycle management.
- Develop medical materials (slides and talking points) for gene therapy and DMD; ensure cross-functional alignment; participate in review processes.
- Serve as SME to review and approve medical and promotional materials (including congress and symposia materials).
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to plan and execute tactics.
- Stay current on medical/scientific developments via literature review and attendance at scientific meetings.
- Support dissemination of scientific/medical product impact to physicians and payers.
- Contribute to congress/symposia/advisory board/expert committee strategy and content creation.
- Model integrity and compliance; perform other related duties.

Required Qualifications:
- Remote opportunity within the U.S.
- Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in gene therapy, rare neuromuscular disorders, or related fields.
