Role: Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead (GMAL) for DMD Gene Therapy (Hybrid)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development and execution of GMA strategy for product launch and life-cycle management
- Develop medical materials (slides and talking points) for gene therapy and DMD; ensure cross-functional alignment; participate in review processes
- Act as SME to review and approve medical and promotional material, including congress materials and symposia
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to plan and execute tactics
- Stay current on medical/scientific developments via literature review and scientific meetings
- Support dissemination of scientific/medical product impact with key stakeholders (physicians and payers)
- Contribute to congress, symposia, advisory board, and expert committee strategy and content creation
- Serve as a role model of integrity and compliance
- Perform other related duties as needed
- Travel approximately quarterly for internal meetings and/or scientific congresses/meetings
Desired Education and Skills:
- Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) + 5+ years relevant experience (required)
- Preferred: gene therapy and/or rare neuromuscular disorders experience
- Analytical; proven ability to deliver goals in diverse, high-performing teams
- Success influencing in highly matrixed organizations
- Relationship-building with thought leaders/healthcare professionals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking; interpret and implement strategic direction
- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
