Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development and execution of GMA strategy for product launch and life-cycle management aligned with corporate/medical priorities.
- Develop gene therapy/DMD medical materials (slides, talking points) and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Serve as SME to review/approve medical and promotional materials, including congress/symposia content.
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to plan and execute tactics.
- Stay current with medical/scientific literature and attend scientific meetings.
- Support dissemination of scientific/medical impact with physicians and payers.
- Contribute to congress, symposia, advisory board, and expert committee strategy and content.
- Model integrity and compliance; perform related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years relevant experience (required).
- Preferred: gene therapy and/or rare neuromuscular disorders experience.

- Analytical track record; strong execution in diverse, high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in highly matrixed organizations; influencing skills.
- Relationship building with thought leaders/healthcare professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinking; ability to interpret/implement strategy.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Domestic/international travel as needed; travel about quarterly.
