Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development and execution of GMA strategy for product launch and life-cycle management; align therapeutic-area initiatives with Corporate/Medical priorities.
- Develop medical materials (slides and talking points) for gene therapy and DMD; ensure cross-functional program alignment and participate in review processes.
- Serve as SME to review and approve medical and promotional material, including congress materials and symposia.
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to plan and execute tactics.
- Stay current on medical/scientific developments via literature review and scientific meeting attendance.
- Support dissemination of scientific/medical product impact to key stakeholders (physicians and payers).
- Contribute to congress, symposia, advisory board, and expert committee strategy and content creation.
- Serve as a role model of integrity and compliance.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
- Travel approximately quarterly for internal meetings and/or scientific congresses.
Qualifications:
- Remote opportunity within the United States.
- Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years of relevant experience (required).
- Preferred: experience in gene therapy, rare neuromuscular disorders, or related fields.
Skills/Experience:
- Analytical; proven goal delivery in high-performing diverse teams.
- Experience influencing and operating effectively in highly matrixed organizations.
- Relationship-building with thought leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and ability to interpret/implement strategic directions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Benefits/Compensation/Application:
- Hybrid; work on site at a U.S. facility and/or attend company-sponsored events.
- Targeted salary range: $173,200–$216,500 per year.
