Associate Director, Global Marketing – Obesity

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support development of the overall global commercial strategy for obesity assets; ensure strategies are insight-driven and aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Develop clear, differentiated HCP and HCC value propositions and implications for future positioning.
- Apply the brand strategy framework (L3 EARLY) to build/refine commercial foundations (market in focus, asset differentiators, initial brand positioning, value propositions, early asset strategy).
- Partner cross-functionally to identify commercial implications of target product profiles, endpoints, patient populations, evidence needs, and development choices.
- Monitor, synthesize, and communicate competitive insights and build future scenarios.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and execute strategic opportunities (opportunity spaces, priority segments, unmet needs, access considerations, innovation).
- Partner with regional/key market colleagues to reflect market realities while maintaining portfolio strategic consistency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 7+ years progressive experience in marketing, market access, strategy in pharma/biotech or health/wellness.
- 3+ years global experience contributing to asset/portfolio strategy.
- Experience developing HCP/HCC strategies, value propositions, positioning/messaging, or customer-insight-driven deliverables.
- Strong understanding of early asset development and marketing input into TPP, evidence, positioning, and launch strategy.
- Experience synthesizing market/clinical/access inputs into executive-ready recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in obesity/cardiometabolic/diabetes/cardiovascular/renal or other specialty markets.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience applying L3 EARLY/L3 NEXT/launch excellence or similar frameworks.
