Associate Director, Global Commercial Team (Global Infectious Diseases)

Responsibilities:
- Help shape and drive execution of the strategic commercial strategy; develop frameworks and playbooks to accelerate growth and lifecycle management across markets.
- Translate global strategy into actionable plans; incorporate customer, access, competitive, and operational realities for global-to-local market activation.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues and priority markets to turn performance data, customer insights, and market intelligence into actionable recommendations, forecasts, and long-term growth strategies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, and other functions; influence without direct authority to align stakeholders globally/regionally/affiliates.
- Identify and scale innovative omnichannel/digital customer engagement approaches to strengthen execution.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Supply to support supply-chain agility and inform demand, launch, and lifecycle decisions.
- Partner with Global Market Access and affiliates on pricing/access strategy, negotiations support, and health authority/reimbursement review preparation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years combined marketing, sales, or related commercial experience with hospital-channel or high-specialty products (Infectious Diseases and CMV preferred).
- Strong collaboration/influencing skills across cross-divisional teams and understanding of local operational realities.
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to make strategic choices using marketing tools (e.g., segmentation, positioning).
- Demonstrated use of data analytics and/or customer/market insights for business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with a prescription antiviral medication and other hospital products.
- Strong presentation skills; can communicate complex information clearly.
- Results-oriented, driven performance; ability to leverage innovation.
