Role: Associate Director, Global HEOR, supporting the development and execution of health economics and outcomes research strategies for gene therapy (AMT-130) in Huntington's disease. Responsibilities include designing and conducting HEOR and RWE studies, developing value propositions, supporting global HTA submissions, and creating economic models to optimize market access and reimbursement. Collaborates with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams; supports US payer engagement and global health economic modeling. Qualifications: Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or related field; 4+ years HEOR experience (PhD) or 6+ years (Masterβs); experience supporting global HTA and reimbursement; strong expertise in economic modeling, real-world evidence, and regulatory considerations. High-Value: Biotech environment, gene therapy modality, Huntingtonβs disease indication, global market access, US payer engagement, RWE studies, health economic modeling, regulatory awareness. Work setup: Hybrid role based in Lexington with ~25% travel.
