What You’ll Do
- Partner with regional medical teams to assess field medical training needs and develop learning solutions.
- Ensure content accuracy, alignment with strategic objectives, and compliance with Biogen policies.
- Leverage digital technologies, including AI, to create innovative and efficient learning solutions tailored to Field Medical capabilities.
- Manage content review processes to maintain quality and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Global training counterparts for cross-functional alignment and resource efficiency.
- Design and implement training formats including e-learning modules, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops.
- Identify and coordinate internal and external speakers for training programs.
- Deliver or support foundational, continuing, and advanced training offerings as needed.
- Develop and track standardized training compliance metrics; generate reports.
- Oversee project budgets, manage vendors, and report on training activities and outcomes.

Who You Are / Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Pharm.D., Nurse Practitioner, MS, MSN, Ph.D, MD) in a biological science or related field (required).
- 7+ years of field medical related experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company (required).
- Extensive Field Medical expertise and medical business strategy knowledge.
- Proven training development and delivery experience across e-learning, virtual, and in-person modalities.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Comprehensive regulatory and compliance knowledge for medical training.

Additional Information
- Base compensation range: $159,000–$219,000.
