Global Commercial Strategy Organization is recruiting for an Associate Director, Global Compound Market Access, to support development and implementation of market access strategies for treatment of Bladder Cancer (based in Raritan, NJ). Reporting to CMAL Oncology, supports development/execution of market access strategy for key assets aligned to global brand strategy; provides brand-level market access expertise across global strategy teams; inputs into Clinical Development and Integrated Evidence Generation Plans to address market access needs in key countries; develops brand value propositions; monitors market dynamics and translates insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Support CMAT to execute global market access strategy and deliver value communication tools.
- Contribute to payer value generation and access strategies to support accelerated path to market.
- Integrate pricing, payer research, health economics, and epidemiology inputs into value strategy and assumptions.
- Coordinate with Regional Market Access/Health Economics/Outcomes Research and Medical Affairs to support real-world evidence aligned to access programs.
- Develop integrated access strategy reflecting macro and disease-specific factors, including companion diagnostic complexity.
- Ensure clinical development programs capture value for payers, physicians, and patients (patient populations, trial design, endpoints).
- Support health outcomes workstreams (systematic reviews, real-world evidence, cost-effectiveness, budget impact models).
- Support planning/tracking of market access activities and discretionary budgets; educate teams on access trends; define market access data needs for clinical development; build TA/market access expertise; incorporate patient perspective into plans/materials.

Required Education & Experience
- Ph.D., PharmD, MD, or M.Sc. (preferably Epidemiology, Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy).
- 8+ years pharma experience focused on Epidemiology, Health Economics, Payer Access.
- 5+ years reimbursement experience for key international markets; payer negotiations/access submissions preferred.
- Strong experience in multiple therapy areas including Oncology.
- Matrix collaboration across functions/geographies; up to 30% domestic/international travel.

- Market access landscape, healthcare ecosystem navigation, health technology assessment, market access analytics.
- Evidence generation/value proposition development (incl. meta-analysis/epidemiologic studies).
- Clinical trial methodology; coaching/mentoring.
