Associate Director, Global Benefits Product Design

Role: Associate Director of Global Benefits Product & Process Design, leading the strategy, implementation, and lifecycle management of benefits technology platforms globally. Responsibilities: oversee cross-functional initiatives with Total Rewards, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors; translate enterprise benefits strategy into scalable, compliant product solutions; lead global platform implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement driven by data and user insights; manage vendor relationships and ensure operational readiness, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Requirements: 8+ years in HR operations, benefits transformation, or related fields, with experience managing complex global programs in matrixed organizations; bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; strong project management and stakeholder influence skills; hands-on experience with benefits platforms or HRIS implementations. Preferred: professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CEBS), experience with Product Operating Model, M&A integration, and agile methodologies.
