Associate Director, Global Benefits Product Design

Role: Associate Director, Global Benefits Product & Process Design leading the delivery of benefits programs enabling technologies across regions. Responsibilities: spearhead global implementation and lifecycle management of benefits administration platforms; translate corporate benefits strategy into scalable, compliant product designs; lead cross-functional initiatives with Total Rewards, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors; optimize employee experience and operational efficiency through data-driven insights and continuous improvement. Requirements: 8+ years in HR operations, benefits management, or related field with experience in global benefits transformation or digital initiatives; 3+ years in team leadership and strategic program management; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related; strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills; hands-on experience with HR systems or benefits platforms. Preferred: professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CEBS), experience with Product Operating Model (POM/PBOM), M&A integration, and consulting skills.
