Associate Director, GDE Functional Learning & Engagement

Role: Associate Director for Functional Learning & Engagement (FLE) in GDO, focusing on developing scalable training and engagement solutions to support regulatory compliance, readiness, and performance in a highly regulated biotech environment. Responsibilities: lead implementation of GxP and non-GxP training programs, manage onboarding, capability-building, and digital learning initiatives; partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and enhance content standardization; oversee training governance ensuring compliance with systems like eQMS; promote harmonization of learning processes and innovative digital solutions across functions. Requirements: university degree in business, science, or healthcare (Master’s preferred); extensive experience in pharma or biotech, especially in regulated environments; expertise in training management, learning & development, change management, with familiarity in instructional design tools like Articulate 360; proficiency in LMS/QMS platforms such as Veeva Quality; proven success in engaging training initiatives within mid-sized pharma companies; strong stakeholder management skills.
