Responsibilities:
- Direct all financial activities for global manufacturing operations, including annual budgets and projections; manage timelines, reviews, and deliverables.
- Consolidate and analyze operating results across sites to monitor performance, identify risks/opportunities, and advise on cost control and incremental investment; drive productivity targets; enhance visualization and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes through best practices, standardization, and simplification.
- Present budgets, projections, financial results, and analysis to senior leaders; provide insights/messaging; drive decision-making so sites can execute operating plans and maintain continuity of supply.
- Drive enterprise-wide manufacturing network product supply decisions using financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions and evaluation of strategic network alternatives.
- Advise on long-term strategic plans, including Cost of Goods estimates for new products, CI initiatives, and potential sourcing changes.
- Monitor internal/external environments, including governmental regulations, impacting manufacturing network strategy decisions.
- Manage special projects and ad-hoc analysis as a financial advisor.
- Maintain internal control environment to the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in finance or accounting (required). CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years diversified accounting/finance experience (required); experience developing annual business plan/budget and financial projections required; cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Thinkcell (required); Power BI and Tableau desirable.
- Preferred: US GAAP, internal controls, analytical skills.
- Preferred: general ledger and budgeting systems knowledge; SAP suite and Oracle Hyperion.
- Ability to present to senior-level management.
- Ability to develop strong relationships in a global, highly matrixed organization.

Compensation (as stated):
- New Brunswick, NJ and Princeton, NJ: $161,670β$195,906 (FTE). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
