Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Direct all financial activities for global manufacturing operations, including annual budgets and projections; manage timelines, reviews, and deliverables.
- Consolidate and analyze operating results across sites to monitor performance, identify risks/opportunities, advise on cost control and incremental investment; drive productivity targets; enhance visualization and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities and drive best practices/optimization of financial processes, including standardization and simplification.
- Present budgets, projections, financial results, and analysis to senior leaders; provide insights and messaging to drive decision-making and enable sites to execute operating plans and ensure continuity of supply.
- Drive enterprise-wide manufacturing network decisions on product supply using financial analysis/modeling to support investment decisions and evaluate strategic network alternatives.
- Advise on long-term strategic plans, including Cost of Goods estimates for new products, CI initiatives, and potential sourcing changes.
- Monitor internal/external environments to address changing business needs and governmental regulations influencing manufacturing network strategy.
- Manage special projects and ad-hoc analysis as a financial advisor.
- Maintain internal control environment with highest standards of compliance and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in finance or accounting (required); CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years diversified accounting/finance experience (required), including development of annual business plan/budget and financial projections; working knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Thinkcell (required); Power BI and Tableau highly desirable.
- Preferred: US GAAP, internal controls, analytical skills; working knowledge of general ledger and budgeting systems (SAP suite, Oracle Hyperion preferred).
- Ability to present to senior-level management.
- Ability to build strong relationships in a global, highly matrixed organization.
