Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of integrated U.S. HCP and P2P marketing strategy, priorities, messaging, and annual brand/tactical plans for FILSPARI (sparsentan) across IgAN and FSGS.
- Independently plan and execute HCP marketing tactics; serve as business/content owner through Promotional Review Committee (business rationale, agency revisions, comment resolution, final approval), and manage end-to-end workflow (Veeva, production, distribution, content library).
- Execute P2P content/materials for speaker programming and advisory boards; incorporate KOL insight, advocacy guidance, field feedback, and market intelligence.
- Partner with Sales leadership/training and the field Marketing Advisory Board to deploy promotional resources for the national Clinical Account Management team; support content for sales meetings and field training.
- Partner with Digital Marketing to optimize HCP websites and NPP assets (creative briefs, asset development, promotional review).
- Manage budgets, forecasts, scopes of work, and invoice review; manage vendor workflows with Contracts/Procurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences (Masterβs preferred).
- 8+ years progressive biopharma/pharma (or agency) marketing experience.
- Demonstrated HCP marketing and regulated content-development experience (rare disease/nephrology/HCP/P2P/speaker ops preferred).
Skills:
- Strong HCP marketing judgment; stakeholder influence; business/scientific acumen; agency/vendor management; compliance/govarnance in regulated environments; digital-enabled asset familiarity; strong communication and organization; travel up to 25%.
