Objectives include developing and executing reimbursement support strategies, education, and engagement models to optimize patient access and provider support for this complex, individualized treatment. Responsibilities encompass defining the field reimbursement support model, targeting and engagement strategies, provider education resources, training programs, governance for field interactions, and leveraging data and technology for process enhancements. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams like Market Access, Commercial, Patient Engagement, and external vendors to align strategies with brand and patient needs, while continuously improving support effectiveness through insights and analytics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare commercial functions, with proven expertise in reimbursement strategies, payer dynamics, and provider engagement—particularly for advanced or complex therapies such as cell or gene therapies. Deep understanding of oncology patient journeys, specialty distribution, and therapy ecosystems is preferred. Skills: Strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication, and operational execution. Work setup: Remote, with expectations for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
