Role: Field Reimbursement Associate Director – Northwest, responsible for optimizing patient access to Takeda Oncology therapies by providing reimbursement expertise across the region. Responsibilities: serve as a patient access subject matter expert, educate healthcare professionals on payer coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement pathways, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve access issues, monitor payer landscape changes, and support onboarding and outreach efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years in biotech/pharma, including 4+ years in patient access or reimbursement in oncology, with at least 2 years of buy-and-bill experience; proven ability to work with payers, specialty pharmacies, and HUB services; strong communication skills; willingness to travel 50-75%.
