Role: Field Reimbursement Associate Director – Northwest, specializing in oncology, to optimize patient access for Takeda's USOBU therapies through reimbursement expertise. Responsibilities: serve as a subject matter expert on payer coverage, prior auth, appeals, and reimbursement pathways; educate healthcare providers; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Here2Assist HUB, sales, and market access; address access issues, develop strategies, and monitor payer landscape trends. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business or related field; 8+ years in biotech/pharma, including 4+ years in patient access or reimbursement within oncology; 2+ years of buy and bill experience; deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and oncology reimbursement dynamics; proven stakeholder engagement skills; ability to travel 50-75%. Preferred: oncology launch experience for oral/injectable products; experience with specialty pharmacy, co-pay assistance, and HUB services.
