Role: Field Reimbursement Associate Director – Northwest, focusing on optimizing patient access to Takeda Oncology's therapies through reimbursement strategy and payer navigation. Responsibilities: serve as a subject matter expert on payer coverage, educate healthcare professionals on authorization processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams including HUB, Sales, and Market Access to resolve access issues, monitor payer landscape changes, and develop strategies for targeted customer support. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Management, or related; 8+ years in biotech/pharma, including 4+ years in oncology patient access or reimbursement; 2+ years of ‘buy and bill’ experience; expertise in specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, and oncology launch experience preferred.
