Associate Director, Field Reimbursement - Northwest Region

Role: Associate Director, Field Reimbursement, responsible for optimizing access to Alnylam’s rare disease therapies within the Northwest region (Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming). Responsibilities: develop and execute strategies to address reimbursement and access barriers; build relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and key stakeholders; support treatment pathways and claim resolution; monitor coverage policies, including MACs, LCDs, and NCDs; collaborate with Public Policy team on engagement strategies; track KPIs and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in pharma/healthcare, with 3+ years in field reimbursement experience in “buy and bill,” specialty, or rare disease products; established relationships with Medicare Administrative Contractors preferred; deep knowledge of US payer landscape, medical and pharmacy benefits, and sites of care; strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
