FRM Associate Director leads and develops a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers who educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on AbbVie’s Immunology Patient Support Programs, emphasizing patient access and reimbursement inquiries for AbbVie’s immunology portfolio. Ensures effective, compliant team operations to enable timely patient access.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and support the FRM team to deliver compliant, effective access and reimbursement services.
- Conduct field ride-alongs to assess performance, ensure use of AbbVie-approved tools, and provide targeted coaching.
- Collaborate with Patient Services, Managed Health Care, Sales, and Access & Reimbursement Hub to maintain consistent, compliant program execution.
- Integrate patient access programs into local/regional strategies; identify and address training needs.
- Monitor healthcare policy changes and communicate relevant insights.
- Track call activity and operational capacity using analytics tools.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with AbbVie standards and procedures.
- Drive professional development for direct reports.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access for immunology products (including payer account management and market access expertise impacting patient access and reimbursement).
- 2 years in a leadership role (3+ years preferred) with proven team/talent development success.
- Strong coaching skills; expertise in territory and strategic account management.
- Ability to coach, train, and communicate complex reimbursement policies.
- Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement plus specialty drug acquisition and distribution.
- Proven ability to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
- Excellent oral/written/presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Drive personal auto/company vehicle or powered material handling equipment.
