FRM Associate Director leads and develops a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers who educate HCPs on AbbVie’s Immunology Patient Support Programs, focusing on patient access and reimbursement inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and support the FRM team to deliver compliant access and reimbursement services.
- Conduct field ride-alongs to assess performance, ensure use of approved tools, and provide targeted coaching.
- Collaborate with Patient Services, Managed Health Care, Sales, and the Access & Reimbursement Hub for consistent, compliant program execution.
- Integrate patient access programs into local/regional strategies; identify training opportunities.
- Monitor healthcare policy changes and share insights.
- Track call activity and operational capacity using analytics tools.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance.
- Drive professional development, career progression, and performance oversight.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access for immunology products (e.g., payer account management).
- 2+ years leadership experience (3+ preferred) with proven talent development.
- Expertise in coaching, territory/strategic account management, and market dynamics.
- Skilled in coaching/training and communicating complex reimbursement policies.
- Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement; specialty drug acquisition/distribution.
- Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
- Travel up to 75%.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug screening and meet safe driving requirements; drive personal auto/company vehicle or powered equipment.
