Role: Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Excellence & Flexible Support, Endocrinology, focusing on optimizing market access, reimbursement, and patient support for Corcept's therapies including Korlym, Mifepristone AG, and relacorilant. Responsibilities: develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on reimbursement, payer strategies, specialty pharmacy, and healthcare system workflows; serve as a Flex/Floating Field Reimbursement Manager providing interim territory coverage, coaching, and direct assistance to healthcare providers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Market Access, Patient Services, Legal, Medical Affairs, and Sales; establish metrics to measure training effectiveness and business impact; maintain training content and knowledge repositories. Requirements: bachelorβs degree (advanced preferred); 7+ years in pharma/biotech market access, reimbursement, or related fields; minimum 3 years in training or leadership; deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, and payer environments; strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills; proficient with MS Office, CRM, and data tools; willingness to travel extensively. Preferred: experience in rare disease/endocrinology, product launches, training program development, and specialized reimbursement pathways such as Korlym or relacorilant. The role involves strategic training design, hands-on field support, and real-time access troubleshooting, critical for supporting novel therapies in complex regulatory and reimbursement landscapes.
