Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs (Medical Science Liaison)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain a list of medical/therapeutic area experts, investigator targets, and action plans.
- Establish, foster, cultivate, and maintain relationships with KOLs in hematological malignancies.
- Serve as the primary clinical/scientific resource for information on disease state and company products.
- Participate in the development and management of company-sponsored clinical trials.
- Establish scientific relationships with investigators and internal Medical Affairs; support the investigator-initiated study (IIS) concept program.
- Identify relevant insights on research developments and the treatment landscape to shape medical strategy.
- Identify research gaps and create opportunities by collaborating with investigators and site personnel.
- Respond to requests for information on indications, disease state, and therapeutic area; present/discuss scientific/clinical data.
- Attend medical conferences to collect and report scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, principles, and financial controls are followed with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or DVM).
- 8+ years of experience; minimum 4 years in a Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison role.
- Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, pharma compliant practices, and OIG guidelines.
- Residency in the assigned territory; valid driverβs license and clean driving record.
- Established relationships with KOLs and institutions in hematologic malignancies; drug launch experience preferred.

- Territory: CO, MO, KS, OK, NM (ideally reside in CO or St. Louis).
- Frequent travel (~70%), including air travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekends.
