About the Role
The Associate Director, Field Marketing is a field-based, customer-facing (non-sales) role supporting Florida, Georgia and neighboring states. Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Psoriasis (PsO) across the U.S. Shape and execute brand strategy via strategic partnerships and compliant scientific dialogue.

How you will contribute
- KOL Engagement: Identify/cultivate/maintain KOLs and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs); develop engagement plans aligned to brand objectives; ensure compliant, accurate, balanced scientific communication; gather/analyze competitive intelligence; serve as liaison to senior/executive leadership.
- Insight Generation: Capture/analyze customer and market insights; share synthesized insights cross-functionally to inform strategy and tactics.
- Advisory Boards: Plan/develop/execute advisory boards; recruit/engage advisors; debrief and synthesize recommendations.
- Congress and Conferences: Support planning/execution; attend/synthesize and share insights compliantly; organize KOL engagement opportunities; run post-congress debriefs.
- P2P Engagements: Partner with field leadership to execute marketing strategies; identify education needs; support speaker bureau development.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Bridge internal teams and external thought leaders; ensure compliant, well-organized engagements; lead initiatives without formal authority.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Biology, Marketing, Strategy, Business Administration preferred).
- 10+ years progressive biopharma marketing/sales; 3+ years KOL management.
- Dermatology/Psoriasis market experience.
- Thought leader/KOL engagement planning; speaker bureau strategy.
- Leadership, collaboration, organization, analytical/problem-solving skills; strong oral/written communication; budgeting/financial acumen.
- Skilled in using AI tools.

Preferred
- New product launch; buy-and-bill reimbursement/payer dynamics; complex biologics.

Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% (including weekend conferences, overnight programs, and key internal meetings). Must reside in territory.
