Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution outcomes for assigned Therapeutic Area(s) across steady-state operations, launches, and enterprise change initiatives.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for field execution performance once initiatives are live.
- Monitor execution health signals and assess field readiness/stability during transition to sustained operation.
- Interpret execution health and drive decisions/corrective actions from standardized business review outputs (not responsible for production/maintenance of data, dashboards, or reports).
- Trigger timely escalation and resolution of execution risks, friction, or breakdowns within defined governance/decision rights.
- Partner with planning, enablement, and infrastructure teams to ensure prerequisites (processes, tools, training, sequencing) are in place prior to field deployment.
- Translate Therapeutic Area priorities into executable field work within a shared enterprise execution system.
- Capture execution insights/lessons learned and feed them into FOPE standards to reduce variability and rework.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years’ experience in commercial execution, field operations, launch management, or complex enterprise delivery in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- Proven ability to own execution outcomes in multi-stakeholder, matrixed environments.
- Experience operating within structured governance, operating cadences, and decision models.
- Strong judgment and communication; translate execution signals into actions/decisions.
- Comfortable in visible, change-intensive environments with accountability for results.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed field organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise operating models, execution governance, or performance management systems.
Compensation/Benefits (high level):
- Salary range: $145,600–$270,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity (level-dependent). Eligible US employees receive comprehensive health/life/disability, 401(k) with match, and time off (vacation, personal days, holidays, other leaves).
