Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, development, and execution of integrated strategic marketing plans for Eye Care key assets (including LOE brands and Interventional Glaucoma).
- Drive lifecycle planning for LOE brands to optimize performance and achieve sales, profit, and long-term objectives.
- Partner with Commercial Leadership, Market Access, Finance, and Marketing to shape strategy, optimize channel execution, and align on business priorities.
- Define and align Market Access and Pricing strategies; monitor market/competitive activity to identify risks/opportunities and translate insights into actions.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and forecast planning; evaluate business cases and optimize investment decisions.
- Manage agency/vendor/external partner relationships for execution and operational excellence.
- Lead patient activation and brand strategy, implementation, budget management, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7β9 years experience in Marketing Access and/or Marketing (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
- Minimum 3 years product management experience in pharmaceuticals (market access preferred).
- Highly desired: Market access marketing experience; lifecycle management experience.
- Required: Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, and verification of benefits.
Essential skills:
- Deep understanding of market access/payer landscape and healthcare marketing principles.
- Lead strategy in a matrixed organization; strong analytical/financial/business acumen.
- Influence cross-functional/external stakeholders; excellent communication/presentation; manage budgets/forecasts/resource allocation.
- Experience with integrated channel strategies; strong problem-solving/organization.
- Ability to travel up to 35%.
