Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Assist in development of the DTP strategy, launch planning, and annual patient marketing tactical plan.
- Develop and execute DTP tactical initiatives: websites, social media, digital/print media, SEO/SEM, field marketing materials; optimize execution and brand success.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics; collaborate cross-functionally to build data collection/reporting frameworks.
- Lead market research using advisory boards, field force inputs, industry reports, and media consumption trends to identify needs/opportunities and engage audience segments.
- Manage agency partners to deliver on strategy, timelines, and budget; measure outcomes.
- Manage media budget targets for assigned programs.
- Obtain approvals for marketing materials through internal review (management reviews and Med-Legal-Reg); secure final production.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, Market Research, Sales Analytics, Managed Markets, and others.
- Lead/serve as key project member on cross-functional, high-visibility projects.
- Conduct qualitative/quantitative analysis to optimize resources and continuously improve campaigns.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years with BS/BA OR 8+ years with MS/MA or MBA.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Integrated multi-channel marketing experience targeting consumers/patients; communication planning and patient activation.
- Ability to execute complex initiatives across the marketing mix; strong verbal/written/interpersonal communication.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements; experience with external agencies/vendors.
- Budget management; 8+ years pharma/biotech; 4β6+ years product marketing/consumer or patient advertising.
- Bachelorβs in marketing or related field required; strong project management; ability to analyze customer insights and connect tactics to engagement objectives.
- Travel up to 20%.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $195,670β$253,220; may include annual bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off; benefits include company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life.
