Responsibilities
- Lead life cycle management strategy; translate vision into actionable milestones and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Serve as strategic hub by identifying, engaging, and partnering with functional experts to drive program momentum.
- Own investor relations messaging for the franchise, including timely analyses to investor questions.
- Synthesize complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights for senior leadership.
- Operate with autonomy/urgency—proactively identify challenges, mobilize resources, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration and coordinate technical experts to keep programs on track.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide strategy via targeted analyses informing company-level decisions.

Qualifications
- 2–6 years of relevant strategic planning/business development experience in biopharma.
- Ph.D., MD, or other graduate degree in life sciences (strongly preferred).
- Management Consulting or Banking experience from a top-tier firm.
- Familiarity with drug discovery, development, and commercialization.

Skills/Requirements
- Proven scientific acumen; strong communication (written and presentation) and analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and with diverse teams.
- Structured analytical approach; comfort with ambiguity; self-starter.
- Detail-oriented; ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
