Responsibilities:
- Own digital and media strategy and execution across HCP and patient audiences; align to brand strategy and business objectives.
- Evolve HCP and patient journeys to create more personalized, tailored, connected experiences.
- Optimize channel/investment mix based on performance, customer behavior, and opportunities.
- Translate audience insights into integrated omnichannel strategies (media, CRM, web, GEO, social, third-party platforms, emerging channels).
- Champion AI-Forward Marketing: leverage AI across strategy, content, and customer experience.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled content development to improve speed, scalability, personalization, and optimization.
- Monitor generative AI/LLM landscape to improve discoverability, relevance, and accuracy in AI-powered experiences.
- Pilot/scale innovative AI and digital solutions with internal teams, agencies, and GTMC.
- Advance audience segmentation and customer-first content across HCP and patient experiences.
- Partner to improve how digital content is developed, deployed, and optimized.
- Own the WAYRILZ patient DSE campaign and end-to-end digital execution.
- Partner with GTMC to establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and analytics tied to behaviors and business objectives.
- Lead performance reviews; translate insights into recommendations; run test-learn-optimize experiments.

Qualifications (Basic):
- 5+ years in pharma/biopharma or pharma advertising agencies (agency and client-side accepted).
- Brand/digital marketing and customer experience planning; strategic digital planning/execution.
- Ability to build cross-functional consensus; agency management.
- In-depth digital marketing channel knowledge; strong understanding of digital marketing and AI.
- Regulatory review experience.
- Proactive problem-solving.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of brand lifecycle strengths/opportunities/competitive challenges.
- Experience building actionable digital measurement plans (KPIs, goals, milestones).
- Data-driven steering of investments; ability to assess lift/ROI; adapt to evolving digital landscape.
