Responsibilities:
- Execute treatment site onboarding across commercial settings in partnership with Radiation Safety teams, MSLs, sales, operations, and field market access to ensure sites are operationally ready for launch
- Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver site readiness (licensing, training, infrastructure, workflow integration); manage timelines, dependencies, and escalation to resolve onboarding barriers
- Execute the distribution model, aligning product flow to treatment sites
- Partner with supply chain and external partners to ensure reliable fulfillment, routing, and delivery performance
- Ensure connected systems and dashboards provide real-time, end-to-end visibility across ordering, manufacturing, distribution, and administration
- Work with IT to maintain accurate, connected data flows for visibility and proactive issue identification/resolution
- Support and optimize customer-facing tools and resources for providers and patients (onboarding, ordering, education materials)
- Drive a high-quality, consistent customer experience from site onboarding through product delivery
- Partner across Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to execute key operational initiatives across the value chain
- Support launch readiness activities through milestone tracking, risk identification, and cross-functional coordination to ensure demand-scalable operations
- Apply AI to improve team execution and decision-making
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in relevant functional discipline required; MBA preferred
- ~7–10 years in the bio-pharma industry in commercial operations, supply chain, or cross-functional roles
- Experience supporting oncology product launches, ideally in advanced modalities (CGT, RPT, etc.)
- Proven ability to execute across Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT in a matrixed environment
- Experience with operational systems, data flows, and customer-facing platforms
- Strong execution mindset; ability to manage complex cross-functional processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
