Associate Director, Country & Site Operations (CSO)

Role: Associate Director, Country & Site Operations (CSO), overseeing clinical trial site management across all development phases and therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: direct line management of Clinical Country & Site Leads, Site Managers, and Feasibility teams; ensuring high-quality site and country operations, investigator engagement, sponsor oversight, and inspection readiness; collaborating with internal departments and external CRO/FSP partners; leading capability development, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives; serving as an escalation point for operational issues; and contributing to organizational strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred); 8+ years in clinical research or operations with substantial country- or site-facing experience; proven leadership in managing matrix teams and external partnerships; expertise in global trial operations, sponsor oversight, and digital tools; strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
