High-Value: experience in regulated industries such as biopharma, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing; expertise in skills-based hiring, apprenticeships, D&I programs, workforce analytics, and public policy navigation. Collaboration: cross-functional engagement with HR, Manufacturing, R&D, Communications; external stakeholder management. Work Setup: hybrid in Southeast PA, with approximately 25% travel; leadership in community and ecosystem integration.
