Associate Director, Commercial Learning & Development

Role: Associate Director of Commercial Learning & Development supporting a Therapeutic Area (TA), responsible for designing and executing training strategies aligned with marketing and sales. Responsibilities: partner with leadership to develop tailored learning programs, oversee end-to-end delivery of in-person, virtual, and digital training, lead advanced development initiatives (e.g., new hire and leadership training), conduct needs assessments, manage external vendors, and evaluate training ROI. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Organizational Development; 5-8+ years in pharma/biotech commercial sales, marketing, or training, with prior leadership experience; expertise in adult learning, cross-functional consulting, facilitation, and impact analysis; strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
