About The Role
Associate Director, Commercial Forecasting, Respiratory (Commercial Effectiveness team). Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Forecasting & Competitive Intelligence, execute and maintain forecasts across respiratory indications—from modeling through to narrative creation—to shape commercial strategy for the respiratory portfolio. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and FP&A to optimize estimation and articulation of the commercial opportunity.

Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain forecasting models in Excel (primary focus: US forecasts across multiple respiratory products and indications)
- Collaborate with regional Commercial Effectiveness teams to align forecast assumptions and messaging across countries
- Maintain an up-to-date view of key risks and opportunities (short-, mid-, long-term)
- Integrate secondary data analyses and primary market research insights to strengthen forecast assumptions
- Partner in preparation/delivery of forecast narratives to senior leaders
- Collaborate with analytics teams to track respiratory product performance vs. forecast expectations
- Work with vendor partners to identify analogs and benchmarks
- Stay current on market evolutions and competitive dynamics in respiratory space

Qualifications / Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 8+ years in commercial demand forecasting in pharma/biotech or healthcare consulting

Required/Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (sales, specialty pharmacy, payer, promotional/marketing, longitudinal patient-level data)
- Launch and commercialization experience (respiratory launch experience a plus)
- US market experience (global experience a plus)
- Proficiency with secondary data sources (APLD claims, audited TRx data such as IQVIA/Symphony Health, respiratory epidemiology references)
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with advanced analytical modeling

Work Location / Travel
- Remote most of the time; in-person collaboration when needed
- Occasional domestic travel (10%)
