Key Functions
Strategic Planning & Brand Performance Tracking
- Lead data-based insights to inform brand/franchise/business unit strategy and execution.
- Develop and report KPIs; share best practices across therapeutic areas.
- Partner with brand marketing to establish annual business analytics plans.
- Use analytics to inform brand strategy via the BPOA process.
- Conduct analytics (MD/patient segmentation, customer journey and treatment flow, sampling strategy).
- Design/implement HQ-facing dashboards and reports.
- Evaluate new secondary data sources and analytics methodologies.
Actionable Insights
- Integrate multi-source insight to deliver market context and actionable brand opportunities.
- Provide quantitative analyses and lead business cases for key opportunities/business issues.
- Integrate analytics into Tactic Measurement and Marketing Mix to inform Forecasting; identify opportunities to experiment with AI/predictive analytics.
Stakeholder Management
- Advise VP/executive directors/marketing/IT; serve as cross-functional SME.
- Lead quarterly reviews with VP/Senior Directors on brand and market issues.
- Demonstrate project leadership and management; manage stakeholder relationships and external consultants.
Advanced Analytics
- Apply non-traditional analytics and AI/predictive methods to improve US Commercial strategy/operations.
- Collaborate with peers to identify AI analytics use cases (e.g., next best action, dynamic targeting, patient journey prediction, multi-channel marketing).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs + 10 years relevant experience OR Masterβs + 8 years OR PhD + 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Complex modeling for strategic analytics (including forecasting preferred; non-forecasting strong analytics welcome).
- Strong communication/influencing and executive presence; distill and present complex information.
- Accountability for accuracy/reliability/timeliness (own work and vendors); deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Pharmaceutical environment desirable; knowledge of functional specialization.
- Experience with IQVIA or Symphony Health (required).
- Strong software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, Databricks, etc.).

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $195,670.00β$253,220.00. Possible discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
