Associate Director, Commercial Analytics HIV Integrated Insights
Responsibilities
- Manage tasks, activities, and contractors supporting the HIV business unit; lead highly complex, cross-functional projects.
- Support development of data-based insights to inform brand, franchise, and business unit strategy and execution.
- Develop and report KPIs; collaborate on annual business analytics plans for each brand; leverage BPOA insights.
- Conduct analytics on HCP/patient segmentation, customer journey and treatment flow, and sampling strategy.
- Design and implement HQ-facing dashboards and performance reporting/diagnostics.
- Evaluate secondary data sources and analytics methodologies; integrate opportunities and AI technologies.
- Lead objective quantitative analyses and business case development to address brand/TA opportunities.
- Integrate analytics context into Tactic Measurement and Marketing Mix to inform Forecasting.
- Provide cross-functional SME input; lead quarterly functional reviews with stakeholders.
People leader accountabilities
- Create inclusion; develop talent; empower teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s + 10 years OR Master’s + 8 years OR PhD + 2 years.
- Strong commercial analytics; pharmaceutical or consumer data analytics/insight experience.
- Desired: HIV/virology foundation; provider-administered (buy-and-bill) product experience.
- MBA or Master’s preferred; concentrations in healthcare, general management, analytics, or data sciences.
- Ability to synthesize insights into strategic guidance; strong business/marketing acumen and communication.
- Proven storytelling and data visualization; secondary data analysis (e.g., IMS, WK, IPSOS).
- Proficiency: MS Excel, Tableau, MS Word, PowerPoint.
Benefits/Compensation
- Salary range: $195,670.00 - $253,220.00; may be eligible for discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
