Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain commercial leadership coaching frameworks aligned to values, sales objectives, and field realities.
- Define effective coaching behaviors for frontline and second-line leaders; ensure models are practical, observable, and measurable.
- Develop leadership capability programs covering performance coaching, field execution excellence, account/territory leadership, change leadership, and resilience.
- Partner with Sales Training to embed leadership capability into onboarding and ongoing development; differentiate by role.
- Enable consistent field coaching via tools, job aids, and playbooks.
- Partner with Field Analytics & Sales Reporting to align coaching behaviors with performance insights and help leaders translate data into coaching conversations.
- Define and measure coaching effectiveness (adoption, behavior change indicators, performance impact); refine approaches using feedback and trends.
- Partner cross-functionally with Leadership Capabilities & Innovation, Sales Training, Sales Leadership, Field Analytics & Ops, and HR/Talent Development to align with incentive structures, training priorities, and field operating models.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorβs required; MBA/MS in Organizational Development or related preferred.
- 8β12+ years in leadership development, sales coaching, commercial training, or related roles.
- Experience coaching frontline/second-line sales leaders in complex, field-based environments.
- Proven ability to design measurable coaching frameworks; strong sales leadership dynamics knowledge.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority; translate data into development strategies.
- Strong facilitation/communication (workshops, leadership sessions, coaching engagements).
- Cross-functional partnership experience (Sales, HR, Training, Analytics); business acumen.
- Familiarity with CRM and performance analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong coaching/facilitation, influence without authority, communication/storytelling, and analytical mindset.
