Purpose
The Associate Director, Clinical Scientist, Gastroenterology TA will assist in the development and execution of Medical Affairs sponsored and supported clinical programs for company products in the Gastroenterology therapeutic area. Will partner with integrated evidence teams (including real-world evidence/value, biostatistics, and commercial marketing) to formulate and execute scientific strategy on marketed products and address medical questions from the field. Will support conduct/execution of clinical studies, collaborative and investigator-initiated studies, and lead or contribute to development of related study reports, abstracts, and manuscripts (especially efficacy and safety).

You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute Medical Affairs sponsored/supported clinical programs in Gastroenterology.
- Lead day-to-day conduct of clinical studies (Phase IIIb/IV trials, registries, RWE, collaborations, investigator-initiated studies).
- Partner cross-functionally to support analysis plans, safety data review for database locks, ensure compliance with study monitoring and SOP/GCP requirements (and support audits).
- Serve as subject matter expert on previous and new data on approved immunology products; provide input to IET, commercial, V&E, and Medical Communication teams.
- Contribute to and/or lead study reports, abstracts, and manuscripts (efficacy and safety).
- Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators.

Qualifications / Requirements
- BA/BS required; MA/MS/NP/PA/PharmD/PhD highly preferred (clinical research/public health/epidemiology).
- 3+ years pharma experience (2+ years clinical study/registry/RWE strongly preferred); overall requires at least 6 years work experience; accountability for key deliverables.
- Gastroenterology or Immunology TA expertise strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills
Clinical study support/execution; data analysis/review and medical monitoring; R&D experience in clinical planning/execution; strong organizational and communication; matrix leadership; emerging tech learning (e.g., AI); oral/written/presentation skills; strategic thinking.

Travel & Work Schedule
- Up to 25% travel (primarily domestic, limited international).
- Horsham, PA; hybrid (3 days office/2 days remote).
